NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board has contracted Opinion Research Services (ORS) in Swansea to help manage aspects of the consultation, including analysing and reporting feedback. We are collecting your information as part of this consultation to help inform our decision making on possible improvements to health services in Hampshire.
