NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board contracted Opinion Research Services (ORS) in Swansea to help manage aspects of the consultation, which has now closed, including analysing and reporting feedback. We have collected information as part of the consultation to help inform our decision making on possible improvements to health services in Hampshire.

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board is able to use your personal data as it is necessary to perform this task in the public interest, as part of their remit as a public authority.
