Although we are not actively engaging with the public at this current moment while we are organising our public consultation, which will be launching in 2022, we still want to hear your thoughts and views on the programme so far!
If you would like to share your views and opinions with us, please email hsiccg.hampshiretogether@nhs.net.
However, there will be many more opportunities for you to have your say over the course of the programme - so keep checking back for more details!
Could you help us by holding a focus group?
It is very important that we hear a range of views from patients and their families and carers, the public, staff, stakeholders and wider partners.
This work will help ensure your service users and volunteers get the opportunity to have their say.
We are particularly interested in talking to patients with long term health conditions (such as heart disease or breathing problems, or diabetes) and their families and carers.
We are also keen to hear from people with an interest in the protected characteristics defined by the Equality Act 2010 that includes:
- age
- disability
- gender reassignment
- race
- religion or belief
- sex
- sexual orientation
- marriage and civil partnership
- pregnancy and maternity.
Small group sessions
Due to the current social distancing restrictions, groups will need to be held digitally. They will be facilitated by staff from the programme, who will host the sessions, introduce the programme and the discussion topics and be available to provide technical support and answer any questions throughout. The session will be recorded, with the feedback provided anonymised for inclusion in our engagement report.
We are sure that having representatives from established patient support groups and third sector organisations, who are known to the participants, be present to lead the discussions, will result in more honest, frank and helpful conversations.
If you would like to play your part by helping us in this way, please get in touch by email at hsiccg.hampshiretogether@nhs.net.
